Rental Agreement

A reservation is confirmed once your event details are received and a payment has been made on your order. Until then, items remain available to other clients.

Rental items are reserved for your selected event date only. Quantities shown online reflect the units still available for that date.

You may pay in full at checkout or secure your date with a 50% retainer. The remaining balance is due before your event date.

Retainers and payments made to secure a date are non-refundable. Card details are never stored by Avion Luxe; payments are processed by our payment provider.

Applicable sales tax (currently 8.90%) is added at checkout on rentals, delivery and setup.

Delivery is quoted by location — from $95 inside the perimeter and $195 for Alpharetta and outside-the-perimeter areas. Extended travel and destination events are quoted after we review your venue.

Setup and installation are quoted per event. Certain items — arches, backdrops, marquee pieces, mirrored aisle panels and large installations — require our setup and cannot be released for customer pickup.

Customer pickup is available for select items. Items must be returned at the agreed time; late returns may incur an additional rental day.

A responsible adult must be present at the venue for delivery and pickup, and the delivery area must be accessible and clear.

Standard rentals cover a single event, with delivery before and pickup after. Multi-day rentals can be arranged in advance and are quoted separately.

You are responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery or pickup until they are returned to our care, including loss, theft and weather damage.

Items must be kept dry, protected from open flame unless designed for it, and free of tape, adhesive, paint or glitter unless agreed in writing.

Damaged, broken, missing or excessively soiled pieces are billed at full replacement value.

A damage and cleaning waiver of 7% of the rental subtotal may be applied to your order. The waiver covers minor incidental damage only; it is not insurance and does not cover loss, theft or negligence.

Additions are welcome subject to availability. Reductions are considered up to the cutoff stated in your confirmed order and may not reduce amounts already paid.

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Payments made to secure your date are non-refundable. Amounts paid above the retainer may be refundable depending on how close the cancellation is to your event date.

If Avion Luxe cannot fulfil an order due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a comparable substitution or refund the amount paid for the affected items.

Items must be used as intended. Avion Luxe is not liable for injury, property damage or loss arising from misuse, or from client or venue relocation of installed pieces.

Some venues require a certificate of insurance. Please let us know in advance if yours does.
